So we need more women in leadership roles across this country to close the gender gap, and because diversity is good for everyone.

So @girledworld we're making today's girls tomorrow's leaders by harnessing the talents of amazing female leaders and entrepreneurs all over Australia to build a powerful network that girls can tap to begin to understand their own leadership potential.

We also partner with gender-friendly workplaces, run events, education, work experience, internships and mentorship to motivate and encourage girls aged 15-19 to step up to STEM, startups and leadership.

Because we believe in the power of the collective, and that big ideas backed by education, inspiration, empowerment and access to female role models gives our girls today the best chance of success tomorrow.
