When we encourage girls to pursue STEM, we double our potential for innovation. Today, only 6.7% of women graduate with STEM degrees. And in Australia, we know the next generation are entering a new workplace era where 75% of jobs will require STEM skills. So even if you’re not into science, technology, engineering or maths, you will need skills across these areas in order to be part of the workforce in your adult life. This Run Like A Girl Campaign Went Viral. Watch it and work out why.

Four years ago, this Run Like A Girl campaign by Always went viral and was viewed and shared millions of times across the world.

It challenged the words #LikeAGirl - which have been used as an insult and put down, insinuating weakness and a lack of power…

This campaign instead asked girls and young women to redefine and re-empower those words.
